So, the snow did show up on Monday morning and it is really pretty, however, I’m a little frustrated with the schools, they have been closed since Monday. I understand the concerns but its more that I’m worried about how they will make the students make it up. Certainly, they won’t skip spring break now! I hope not anyway. I love the snow though, its very pretty. I’m surprised at just how “snowed/iced in” we actually are though. Chance walked outside this morning and the ice was so thick his feet did not even sink down into the snow today, so it looked like he was walking literally on an ice pond. Anya has been really good while she is at home and Arwen loves it. We even had another visitor today…our friend Gabbie came over to spend the day with us so her Mommy and Daddy could go to work at least 1 day this week!
Other than the snow, that’s it for the Almand Family – Anya starts basketball next week and is so excited and I hope I will make it back into the gym next week!
