Since Tuesday I have somehow managed to sleep wrong on my pillows and therefore have put a crick in my neck that will not go away. At least not without a lot of pain for me.
I’m hoping by the end of the weekend it will be better.
On another note, Tuesday nights are my favorite night of the week now. Why? LOST! It has been absolutely fantastic this season. Its truly the most creative show on TV. And for people who think religion and Christian morals are no longer on TV you should check out LOST because there some very strong religious undertones to this show without being blatantly obvious. A lot to do with redemption and free will specifically. The acting on this show is superb and while the title does fit the show, there’s no possible way you can start watching now unless you have a marathon with the DVDs, the mystery and message of this show is better than anything I’ve watched on TV probably ever. Yes, even better than Buffy the Vampire Slayer and most of you know how big a fan of that show I was! I mean we did choose one of our daughter’s names from that show. I don’t plan on naming any other children after characters on LOST but don’t be surprised if I have some pets one day with the names Sawyer, Juliet, Sayid, Jin and Sun. I still have some squirrels with the names Jack, Sawyer, and Mikhail. Of course this doesn’t mean much to those of you who refuse to heed my advice and watch LOST, but obviously these are some of my favorite characters on the show.
Arwen is a regular Spiderman these days. She climbs on anything she possibly can and has even resorted to climbing into her Jumperoo.
Anya has started playing t-ball and is doing really well. She seems to like it thus far and does really well hitting the ball and running. She gets a bit mad when she doesn’t get to catch the ball but it is funny when they all chase after the ball to see who can get to it first. They won their game this past Thursday night after 2 innings and a score of 19 to 11. Anya plays on the black team. No team name really, just the Black team for the Good Hope Raiders T-ball.  Soccer again in the fall with the possibility of dance or baton too!

I was reading a blog recently about another Mom’s decision to stop breastfeeding. She’s been nursing for practically 5 years straight with 3 daughters! Yes, I’m still nursing Arwen. Yes, I’m ready to wean her. Yes, I’m trying to wean her. NO SHE’s NOT READY YET!
That being said, back to my new career choice…In reading this other Mom’s blog, I found myself laughing so hard I thought I might pee! She said that she’s so over breastfeeding for the following reasons…my thoughts are in quotes…
1. Boob sweat…(yes it happens people and its a pain).
2. Back pain…(good lord I’ve thought my back was going to break several times).
And finally my favorite and reason for the title…
3. I’m so accustomed to sleep deprivation that I could be a CIA Operative! (AMEN!)
Now I just wonder if the CIA has that on their application as a question…Were you a breastfeeding mother? Because if so, you are automatically in! Trust me there are men that are Navy Seals that can’t deal with as much sleep deprivation as Moms who breastfeed deal with! :)
Just some “food for thought” so to speak!
And in case this wasn’t enough for you, I’m also starting to wonder if my boobs will actually look like a deflated balloon animal that you find under the sofa cushions a few months after a birthday party? Hmmm…I guess time will tell, but please don’t bring balloon animals over, I might get offended! :)
Hope this gave everyone a chuckle today! And if you want to check out the other Mom’s blog…here ya go…
