So, Anya had her 5th Birthday. Can’t believe my baby is 5! She had a great day though. Her friend Acacia, who shares the same birthday, went with us to lunch and then back to our house for a short play date, then we went to get the girls fingernails and toenails painted – a very special treat for them both. Anya picked out purple polish! Then, we headed to gymnastics and that night we had dinner with Daddy and we all watched Snow White on DVD, which was one of her b’day gifts.
In the world of Arwen, she is EVERYWHERE! And into EVERYTHING! Arwen’s personality is already a lot like mine as she’s pretty much a little spitfire! A sweet spitfire, but a spitfire nonetheless. She’s trying to get adjusted to her walker and have a feeling she’ll be walking soon. She’s still small, only in the 25th percentile for weight, but it doesn’t slow her down one bit and she’s 100% healthy.
The girls adore each other and usually want to be together all the time, but Anya does manage to escape her every now and then and plays in her room without the peanut following her in.
Anya just informed me she wants to be a doctor, but only a doctor for dogs!:)
In my world, I have been busy keeping up with the girls, but I also managed to nab a photography job for the spay and neuter clinic in Irondale. It went really good and I’m also taking Christmas Pet Photos for the city of Cullman on November 14th.
Travis is doing well too. He stays busy with work still, yes he still loves his job, and he’s currently trying to re-design our blogs at home. He has limited time to do this, mainly at night, but he will get it done soon, I’m sure.
He’s also designing his cousin Charee’s Wedding Program and its really pretty thus far. Anya will also be a flower girl for the first time in Charee’s wedding, which is November 21st.
Our November is really busy. Anya and I are going to Disney on Ice with Acacia and her Mommy, I am taking Pet Photos, we have a Wedding, Thanksgiving, Black Friday Shopping, and Travis’ Birthday! What a full month, but we are looking forward to all of it!

Anya’s going to be a flower girl in Charee’s wedding. Her first time being a flower girl and Mommy is so excited for her.

So sick of Jon and Kate Gosselin in the news that it is literally about to make me stop watching any shows on TLC.
My good friend Sharon came up last week and we went to the Ave Maria Grotto. Very interesting place.
